3 Step Collections, LLC is a service oriented company which contracts with the cable industry. Our target market is the cable industry across the United States. Our principal services are: Phone/door collections of past due accounts, physical disconnection of services, retrieval of equipment (if applicable), and reconnection of service (if necessary following payment). Our intention is to grow and expand with the cable industry by providing an excellent service which reduces bad debt and increases the collection rate of unreturned equipment.

We have been successful in providing our services, with a special emphasis on training and quality control. We have developed an excellent reputation, and are becoming well known for our flexibility and professional customer interaction, which differentiates us from our competitors.
